Here we are, ready to start the path to fundraising. As a first event, and giving that I live in a beautiful pub, I'm organizing a Quiz Night. It will (hopefully) happen the 17th of December, and I'm enlisting friends to give me a hand. For example, my bubbly and super-smooth-talker friend Lewis agreed on hosting the night. That guarantees that, even if no one turns up, at least we'll have a few laughs. Ollie is going to design a flyer that I will distribute around the areas where I live, and I have already started to contact local businesses to ask for prizes.
Will I succeed? Stay tuned, I'll let you know.
